Electronic locks were developed using PIC16F877A to replace traditional lock and key mechanisms. With the electronic lock, users just need to input the secret code and access is granted. I don't really know how hacker- proof these devices are. There are just those people who are too smart for their own good. And be sure not to forget your own secret code as well or the purpose of the entire system will be totally useless.
